30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement. If 30 days have passed since your order arrived, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your request must meet the following:
- The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
- You provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to send the item back in most cases.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help. For change-of-mind requests, the customer may be responsible for return shipping if a return is required, and items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear after delivery.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Gift cards (if applicable).

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before the item ships. After this window, the order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
